The property and vineyards
The estate encompasses 144 hectares of vineyards, primarily cultivated with local white grape varieties. These include xarel·lo, macabeo, parellada, moscatell, sauvignon blanc, and chardonnay. The red grape varieties grown on the property include garnacha, tempranillo, cabernet franc, and cabernet sauvignon.
For the current project, the most iconic vineyards have been selected based on their age and location. These are 50-year-old organic vines, cultivated in goblet formation on calcareous soil at altitudes between 200 and 350 meters above sea level.
