Joan Bonfill
Overseer of Can Lleó
As the overseer of Can Lleó and the most senior viticulturist on the property, Joan represents the multi-generational family tradition. He exudes experience, serenity, and wisdom, making his presence invaluable to us.
Jordi Torrell

Raised in a house on the Can Lleó estate, Jordi works the vineyards, continuing a proud family tradition. The Martra and La Parellada de la Bassa vineyards are two parcels of old goblet vines that are emblematic of the Can Lleó wine project. Tireless, supportive, and humorous, even in challenging times, Jordi is a key member of our team.
Alfred Vert

Alfred, deeply rooted in the Can Lleó neighborhood, works in the estate's old Macabeu vineyards, including the distinguished Les Pedres. The fine bubbles of the ancestral Macabeu wines are filled with romantic elegance, thanks to Alfred’s careful stewardship.
Dani Figueras

Following his family tradition, Dani cultivates the property’s vineyards with dedication. The Grenache vineyard’s harvest, grown in La Casilla d’en Pep, takes place in a unique environment surrounded by old pines and centuries-old olive trees. Dani is a restless explorer of inspiring projects, committed to organic and sustainable agriculture.
The Carbó-Santacana Family

Jaume Carbó, Mª Teresa Santacana, and their son Manel have carefully cultivated the vineyards of Can Lleó for decades. We selected the Vinya del Meix, an old vineyard of Macabeo vines trained in goblets, to produce a single-varietal wine from this unique vineyard.

Alberto and Judith, the current owners, are passionately dedicated to reigniting a family legacy. They respect tradition while introducing an innovative vision that captures the essence of El Penedès.
